Updates from the University of Alberta

Applications are Open!
The Application for Admission is now open. Students can apply today using the online application portal and selecting the Fall 2020 application. Students are reminded to double check their marks to ensure they are reported accurately in the application system. Open House

Indigenous Student Experience at Open House

Boarding UAlberta 2020
We invite students who are freethinkers, risk takers, and ambitious wanderers to experience a weekend adventure at the U of A! Grade 11 students from outside of Alberta are encouraged to apply for a weekend at the U of A from May 29-31, 2020. Learn more at uab.ca/boarding. 
Scholarships 101
Students who are planning to apply for Entrance Scholarships are invited to learn what it takes to write a competitive application! Registration for in-person and online sessions will open on Tuesday, October 15.
In-person session: Wednesday, November 6 at 6 p.m. MST
Online session: Wednesday, November 13 at 6 p.m. MST

Every year many students from India plan to go to other countries for their higher studies. As per the reports, the number of Indian students’ enrollment for higher studies abroad is the second highest after China. According to the data available, many such applicants are mostly from big cities like Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, etc.
