Dual Credit Programs for High School Students - SK Polytechnic

Saskatchewan high school students successfully completing selected courses will receive credit in the relevant Saskatchewan Polytechnic programs upon admission, as well as earning a Saskatchewan high school credit at the same time.

Lakeland College is holding various program information sessions. Prospective students can step into their program of interest for a day and find out if it is the right fit for them. They can talk face-to-face with instructors, staff, students and alumni and get their questions answered. Most sessions also include hands-on activities. Plus they can meet future classmates.

University of Toronto Summer Programs in Law and Medicine

The University of Toronto's summer programs offer high school students an idea of what it would be like to be a student in the faculty of Law or Medicine at this institution.

The Law YSP allows students to discuss advance legal concepts and apply them in a variety of environments within the reality of the Canadian legal system; the Med YSP showcases opportunities available in medicine and medical research.

Both of these experiences are held during July and August in the downtown St. George campus and range in length from one to six weeks. For further information, click HERE.
