The Robots
SIAST will give your school a SUMO robot kit that has everything you need to be ready for the rumble (check competition rules for details). Your team builds it, programs it and then tests it on the included competition mat.
The Rumble
On March 24, 2011 your SUMObot team will meet in Saskatoon and go bot-to-bot against other Saskatchewan high school teams. Last bot standing in the ring is the winner!
The Competitors
myRobot Rumble is open to all grade 9 to 12 Saskatchewan high school students.
The Prizes
Winners of the myRobot Rumble SUMObot Challenge will win great prizes including the grand prize – an iPod Touch and a $1,500 tuition credit to any participating SIAST electronics program.
