Business and Beyond
Business and Beyond gives high school students, in grade 11 and 12, a chance to demonstrate their problem-solving skills, business knowledge and teamwork as they compete against other students from across the province.
Similar to popular TV shows like Jeopardy, Who Wants To Be A Millionaire, and the ever popular game of Monolopy, teams face off against each other.  The goal is to earn points in mini competitions, in each of the six Business Diplomas.
The four teams with the highest points will compete in a final competition in the Panther's Lair.  Each team is given a mystery box that contains random items.  Using one of these items, teams are tasked with pitching a business concept/product to a panel of potential investors.  Teams are required to address all aspects of business by presenting their plans in areas of finance, human resoures and marketing.
