The Transition Program is designed to serve adults with a diagnosed learning disability and/or ADHD, providing the necessary skills and strategies in order to foster independent learning in a post-secondary or employment setting.
Admission requirements are grade 12, a completed psycho-educational assessment or diagnosis and a written career development plan.
Applicants will be interviewed.
