Deadline February 20 - The Mathieu Da Cost Challenge is an annual writing and artwork contest that is open to youth between the ages of 9 and 18. The challenge encourages young Canadians to learn about the contributions that Canadians of different backgrounds have made in building our country.
In addition to this challenge, students submitting artowrk or writing celebrating the contribution by a National Historic Person of Aboriginal, African or other background to the building of Canada will be eligible for another prize - -the Mathieu Da Cost Parks Canada Award.
