Subsidized Training: Canadian Forces

The Canadian Forces has two programs for subsidizing students:

Deadline - late December 2008 - University Subsidization Program - The Regular Officer Training Plan pays for all required tuition and materials and gives the student a salary (about $16 000/year) while they pursue their degree. This can be at an accredited civilian universty or at the Royal Military College in Kingston, ON.

Year Round Entry - for technical schools - The Non-Commissioned Member Subsidized Education Plan pays for all required tuition and materials and gives the student a salary (about $30 000/year) while they pursue a civilian diploma.
