The Saskatchewan Teachers Federation is once again offering five $1,000.00 prizes by lot, to
eligible applicants who are entering a postsecondary education institution for the first time.

1. Applicants must have a natural parent, adoptive parent or legal guardian who, in the school year in which the prize is being awarded, has:
• paid STF membership fees as a full or part-time teacher under contract to a board of education, or
• is receiving an allowance under the Teachers Superannuation Plan or the Saskatchewan Teachers Retirement Plan,
or
• has died while an STF member in one of the three categories given above, or
• is on board-approved leave, receiving disability benefits under the STF Income Continuance Plan or the Saskatchewan Teachers’ Disability Benefits Plan.
